DELIVERY
We use First Class Royal Mail for most orders, which usually delivers the next working day. However, this is not a guaranteed service and sometimes it may take longer. For urgent orders, we offer Special Delivery or courier services that will arrive the next working day. For international orders, we estimate a delivery time of 10-15 working days, but this may vary depending on your country’s customs.
Please note that during peak seasons, such as Christmas, or in case of emergencies, such as the coronavirus pandemic, deliveries may be delayed.
RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our products, you have the option to send back the product within 30 days and get a full refund. We cover the return shipping costs for UK orders; international orders are excluded.

WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP?
If you place an order for an item that is in stock before 1pm (UK time), we will ship it the next day from Monday to Friday. Shipping times may vary depending on the volume of orders, especially during peak seasons like Christmas.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail, which usually delivers in two to five working days after despatch (but sometimes it can take longer).
Non-UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail International Airmail, which typically takes 10-15 working days after despatch, but it can take up to 30 days if your country’s customs officers delay the delivery.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer free shipping if you spend over £50 in the UK. International delivery costs depend on your location.
DO I GET A TRACKING NUMBER WITH MY ORDER?
For the UK we send a tracking number when we send out. International orders may also have a tracking number but this depends on the country the parcel is going to.
WILL I BE CHARGED ANY SHIPPING, CUSTOMS OR DUTIES FEES?
If you are in the UK or USA, the price you see is the final price you pay – there are no hidden fees.
If you are outside the UK/USA, you may have to pay customs/duties fees if your country charges for importing packages. Please check with your local authorities for more information.

When you make a preorder, we will charge your payment method immediately and send you an email confirmation of your order.
